Conflict Minerals and PEI

PEI understands the seriousness of the situation in regards to the civil conflict and human rights abuse in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) region created by armed militant groups that control the mines of the DRC and derive their funding from the conflict minerals extracted.

PEI is several supply chain layers removed from the mining process but is still dedicated to understanding our position in the supply chain, the reporting process, and the importance it holds for our customers. We now have added our policy on the Conflict Mineral subject to our website. It can be found under the "Company" tab and within the "Downloads" page here: https://www.peipittsburgh.com/downloads

As always, PEI appreciates all business partners, customers, and affiliates. We constantly strive to stay educated on anything that effects the industries we work within.
